Kirsi Rinne, M.Sc. from the University of Helsinki in Socíology and Doctor of Arts from the Aalto University, has worked in several positions in the Finnish film culture. During the last 15 years she has been coordinating research, doctoral studies and international projects at the Department of Film, Television and Scenography in Aalto University and in the University of the Arts Helsinki. Her research interests include artistic research, doctoral studies in art universities, and supervision of artistic and practice-based doctorates.
