My research centers on corporate social responsibility (CSR) communication and business-society relations.
Specifically, my research interests include, for example:
- Corporate political activity, corporate activism and advocacy
- Mediated CSR and sustainability communication
- Business understandings of climate change
In my recent work, I have particularly examined how different understandings of specific environmental and social issues are made sense of, contested, and debated within organizations, politics, and in the public sphere.
My research has been published in journals such as Media, Culture and Society, Business & Society, and Journal of Business Ethics.
