Organization Design and Leadership
The Organization Design and Leadership group conducts research and contributes to teaching area of knowledge and competence management, with a special interest in knowledge-intensive businesses.
We focus on current and future needs of industry and society, and thus we provide scientific and practical understanding regarding knowledge processes: e.g. how knowledge is created, shared and utilized in knowledge intensive organizations and organizational networks.
