Teachers' Dialogue 16th April, 2026 - Teaching the loop: co-designing constructively aligned interdisciplinary courses
This workshop brings together teaching staff from across Aalto Schools together to exchange ideas, share practices, and explore approaches to interdisciplinary education. The session begins with an introduction to key considerations and course design principles in interdisciplinary education. Circular Economy topics will be used as a context to explore how interdisciplinary perspectives can be integrated into teaching. The interactive part of the workshop invites participants to reflect on teaching approaches, learning outcomes, and assessment practices that support interdisciplinary learning.
