This year, the Academy of Finland and Business Finland will direct funding to key areas and technologies of the future that promote the green and digital transition. Additionally, the Academy will open a call for the development of local research infrastructures in 2022.

The Academy of Finland has published the call texts for the upcoming September 2021 call. The calls open on 11 August. This year, the deadlines are staggered: the calls will close on 22 September (funding for Academy Research Fellows, Postdoctoral Researchers, Clinical Researchers and for international researcher mobility) or 29 September (Academy Project funding).
