Unite! Networking Hub: Exchange best practices and learn from peers across Europe
  The Unite! Networking Hub is an online space for Unite! faculty and staff to meet to connect and engage with colleagues in the same field of expertise, share and discover best practices, and support one another in addressing work-related challenges.
      
      
     
  Preparing curricula 2026–2028: Plan the study offering by the end of November
  Planning the offering of teaching in the coming academic years is topical in departments and in programmes. This means updating the selection of courses as well as selection of majors and minors. Also the significant changes both in courses and their implementations as well as in majors and minors are planned during autumn. It is important that all teachers responsible for a course, major and/or minor participate in the planning.

  FITech's new FITech FORWARD project aims to develop the member universities’ ability to create offerings of continuous learning and micro-credentials to meet the current skill needs in the field of technology. Besides Aalto University, also Tampere University, University of Oulu, and University of Vaasa are involved in the project.
      
      
     
  New department heads and deputies appointed at the School of Electrical Engineering
  Tomi Laurila will take over as the Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Automation, while Tuomas Savolainen will taker over as Director of the Metsähovi Radio Observatory. Ville Viikari and Tapio Lokki will remain in their current roles.
