EURO2022 conference to be hosted by Aalto University

Largest European conference in operations research and management science to be hosted in Otaniemi in July 2022

Aalto University has been selected to host the annual conference. The event will take place in early July 2022, and will be participated by some 2500 researchers from around the world interested in operations research, management science and business analytics.

The conference is organized by the (FORS) in collaboration with Aalto Centre for Operations Research (ACOR), the Department of Mathematics and Systems Analysis and the Department of Information and Service Management at Aalto University. The Organizing Committee is co-chaired by professors Antti Punkka (Aalto SCI) and Juuso Liesiö (Aalto BIZ).

‘We’re very excited to get the EURO2022 conference to Finland and specifically to Otaniemi after a very tight competition. This is an excellent opportunity for Aalto to show that new Aalto campus provides world-class facilities for organizing major scientific conferences in a unique environment’ said Professor Punkka.
