TET at Aalto University

Interested in completing your TET internship at Aalto University? We offer a limited number of places in the fields of science, technology, arts, and business. You can explore Aalto’s different fields of study on our website.

There are a limited number of TET placements available, for example in different research groups and at Aalto University Junior. Research groups accept trainees at specific times, so the timing of your placement may affect availability. We therefore encourage you to apply well in advance.

We process applications weekly during the school year. We will inform you by email whether we are able to offer you a placement and in which unit the placement would take place. If we offer you a placement, please reply to the email and let us know whether you would like to accept it.

• the dates of your TET work experience period
• which of Aalto’s schools (ENG, BIZ, CHEM, SCI, ELEC, ARTS) and departments you are interested in
• what you would like to learn during your TET placement
• why you would like to do your placement specifically at Aalto University
