CS Building (Konemiehentie 2) was completed in 1998, and its building services systems are nearing the end of their life cycle. This has been visible to users, among other things, as poor indoor conditions in the spaces.
During the summer of 2025, the building automation system will be renovated, the HVAC units will be modernized, and the cooling valves and room controllers will be replaced.
The detailed table below shows the ventilation outages, when there is no ventilation in the area in question. It is recommended that you do not work in those premises at that time, as conditions may be poor due to the lack of ventilation and cooling.
If work is required on the premises during outages, windows can be opened, but closing the windows at the end of work is very important (windows must not be left open).
