²Ñ²¹°ù³Ù¾±²Ô²¹â€™s research interests lie at the intersection of service design, service management, and emerging technologies. She explores the interactions between AI and humans, focusing on value co-creation, wellbeing, and organizational transformation. At the Department of Design, she is the responsible teacher for the Designing for Services and Design Research courses.

Martina has been leading ENCORE since 2022, supervising and advising doctoral researchers, and managing research projects.

A lover of rhythm, Martina enjoys attending music festivals.
