15y at Nokia Research Center, ~15y at Aalto University. Both have been great places to work! My research has moved from usability to UX and to experience design, and now I'm working on Human-Centred AI design to improve employee wellbeing.

I teach, manage research projects, supervise and advice doctoral students, and author publications with close and distant colleagues.

I like outdoor activities: gardening, biking, life at our summer house.
