Learning Services – enabling success for services personnel
We enable cooperative work
• We enable accomplishment of the basic mission of teaching and learning at university.
• In a changing work environment, we support the well-being of our community through person-to-person encounters.
• We promote collaboration between students, academics and services.
• We offer the community and the individual meaningful tasks and development opportunities.
In Learning Services, we offer our staff regular events to support learning, leadership, and co-creation. In this way, we promote our community’s vitality and continuous development, as well as the achievement of our unit’s goals. All members of the Learning Services staff automatically receive invitations to joint events. Below is a summary of key events and their objectives, target groups, and cadence.
The month’s most topical items and quick highlights, concisely in 30 minutes. The event is usually on Wednesdays, 9:00–9:30. If you identify a timely theme of interest to the whole LES community, you can contact the event coordinator, Mari Nuottajärvi (firstname.lastname@aalto.fi).

A shared front-row seat to strategic content—development roadmaps, key highlights from executive and steering groups, as well as topics requiring broad co-creation and change management. Held twice a year, in March and November.
