New Aalto University research in collaboration with Fiskars, Kemira, Marimekko, Posti and Raisio shows that creativity-promoting leadership is a crucial component for companies’ financial success. Companies that promote a culture of creativity are more profitable.
Creativity as a Competitive Advantage in Business event explores how creativity translates into economic value, and how organisations can build a culture that fosters creativity. The event brings together researchers, business leaders and decision-makers for an engaging dialogue.

Creative Leap: Creativity as a Competitive Advantage in Business co-research project has examined creativity to develop scientifically proven models for supporting, measuring and developing creativity in organisations and the financial impact of creativity. Investigating the economic value of creativity is a completely new research area. Creative Leap is a joint research project between Aalto University's Radical Creativity, School of Arts, Design and Architecture, and School of Business. Its partners are Fiskars, Kemira, Marimekko, Posti, Raisio, the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra, the Finnish Tax Administration and Yellow Method. Creative Leap is funded by Business Finland and NextGenerationEU.
