Our campus has evolved significantly. Its newest building, Marsio, serves as an open event space, showcasing Aalto’s finest exhibitions and inspiring events. Lunch can be conveniently enjoyed at Marsio’s high-quality MOO restaurant, but of course, the invitation can also extend to your own department or school. Please note that lunch costs are covered by each host’s own cost centre.

Cinema Sheryl is a new student-run cinema, where cult films, quality movies, and a communal viewing experience come together in a unique, high-quality cinema in Otaniemi. The theater operates in the Marsio building.

New restaurant MOO – Middle of Otaniemi has opened in Marsio. MOO offers delicious and responsibly prepared food from morning porridge to late afternoon coffee.
Aalto University Shop brings together all Aalto-branded goods, our Aalto ARTS Books publications and our student-designed goods into one space. A mix of cool hoodies, beautifully designed books and our students' gorgeous work including limited-edition prints, glassware and ceramics.

In line with its 15th anniversary on 8 January 2025, Aalto University will launch a fundraising campaign with the aim of attracting EUR 30 million in donations and 1,500 donors over two years.
