Join us and invite key stakeholders regarding your work to the campus

Now is an excellent time to reconnect with your network and invite collaboration partners or key stakeholders to our campus to see and hear more about our work. At the same time, you can enjoy lunch or a coffee whenever it best suits your schedule.

As members of the PMT, vice deans, department heads, or flagship leaders, you represent our university’s expertise and public image. What you share about the latest developments and achievements in your respective areas is valuable to the entire Aalto community.

Our campus has evolved significantly. Its newest building, Marsio, serves as an open event space, showcasing Aalto’s finest exhibitions and inspiring events. Lunch can be conveniently enjoyed at Marsio’s high-quality MOO restaurant, but of course, the invitation can also extend to your own department or school. Please note that lunch costs are covered by each host’s own cost centre.

Implementation idea

  1. Consider who the key people are that should be invited for a meeting with a meaningful pretext. You might also consider inviting a student representative to bring a fresh perspective to the discussion.
  2. Call the invitee(s) to arrange a meeting or send an email (see an example here).
  3. Record the details of your meeting . After the form is submitted, your invitee(s) will receive an automatic confirmation, and we will be able to add their contact information ºÚÁÏ꿉۪s contact network.
  4. Have productive meetings!

Exhibitions and screenings in Marsio

The image shows a person holding a small, open, lamp-like object with both hands. The object has wooden covers and is filled with folded white paper. The paper resembles an accordion, giving a sense of lightness and airiness. The background is plain and light-colored, emphasizing the object’s form and details. The person wears a black long-sleeved garment and a dark purple wristband.
