Morning coffee event where clients of the KOSKE service, developers, and company representatives engage in dialogue about the employment of highly educated immigrants, labour market needs, and city services.
The discussion will feature KOSKE clients’ experiences and employers’ perspectives on recruiting international talent. It will also cover resident-driven development of public services in Espoo and what can be learned from KOSKE’s experiences. The panel will be moderated by researcher Annukka Svanda from Aalto University, who was part of KOSKE’s early development team.
The event is aimed especially at those working with employment, international affairs, and immigrant employment, as well as anyone interested in resident-driven public service development.
The event is open and free of charge, but requires advance registration. Capacity is 80 people. .
The event is organised as part of the Designs for a Cooler Planet exhibition.
