Open Otaniemi is a relaxed and enjoyable event day for Aalto University personnel and their families, where you can meet your colleagues and participate in a diverse range of activities. You are welcome to bring a friend along as well!
The event offers something for everyone, of all ages! Join us for a guided tour to explore the architectural gems and art on campus, be amazed by bold solutions for global challenges in the Designs for a Cooler Planet exhibition or visit the ²Ñ±ð³Ù²õä³ó´Ç±¹¾± radio observatory. The little ones will surely get excited about blowing giant soap bubbles, crafting bracelets, or robots. You can also embark on a virtual space journey as well as learn about game design or even infinity!
Did you know that the new student-run Cinema Sheryloperates at the heart of Otaniemi? On the event day, you have a unique opportunity to see the magnificent Endurance film – be sure to read in advance our story about ice researcher Jukka Tuhkuri, who participated in the incredible exploration.
