18:00  JJ Cale Gallery

Sakari Kulmala (Aalto Chemistry, guitar)
Kirsi Harju (keys)
Jari Iltanen (bass)
Tero Koivunen (vocals & acoustic guitar)
Marko Nieminen (Aalto Computer Science, percussion)
Jouni Paltakari (Aalto Paper Converting and Packaging, Organ)
Timo Sormunen (guitar)
Maaret Suomi (drums)

Tasteful selection of songs by John Cale, perhaps in a bit more rocking way than the originals.

19:00  WIPs

Alexei Koveshnikov (Aalto Management Studies, vocals & bass)
Pekka Pälli (Aalto Management Studies, guitar)
Alex “Rybak” Panfilo (violin)
Mr. Snake “Van Halen” Lahtinen (drums)

A blend of international flair, Stadin moodiness, and Bay City’s r(t)oughness (with the one and only Mr. Snake) delivering an eclectic mix of old-school and modern hits - both covered and own - powered by unwavering youth and an uncompromised belief in a better world. The unbearable lightness of rock ’n’ roll being somewhere between a rock and a good old Pub Pete, on an imaginary Bourbon Street, climbing the Stairway to Heaven.

20:00  Blues Fakers

Tero Koivunen (vocals)
Jari Iltanen (bass)
Jarno Häyry (Guitar)
Sakari Kulmala (Aalto Chemistry, guitar)
Hannu Lindblad (slide guitar & harmonica)
Maaret Suomi (drums)

All time greats in the fields of Bluesrock and Blues. Slide, harp, blues,...right?

21:00 Saltwaters Revival

Erkki “Eetu” Tammi (vocals & guitar)
Martti “Mara” Kantola (drums & percussion)
Kari Koskinen (bass)
Sakari “Sakke” Kulmala (Aalto Chemistry, lead guitar)
Jouni Paltakari (Aalto Paper Converting and Packaging, saxophone)

We perform the very best of the best songs of the legendary Creedence Clearwater Revival and John Fogerty himself, with deep emotions and high skills. You shall get what you might get, and yes we can always play it louder.

22:00  MetallisikA

Kari Jääskeläinen (retired, ex-IT Services, vocals, guitar)
Luis Costa (LES, drums)
Satu Kankaala (ACRE, vocals)
Teemu Matilainen (IT Services, guitar)
Esa Salmio (LES, bass)

MetallisikA started as an IT band in 2011 under a different name. Being an agile and lean rock machine, the name and the lineup have changed a bit over the years. As a reliable and steady rock band, our style has remained the same: hard-rocking classics with no apologies. When on stage, we mean business!

23:00  Jam session

24:00  Student band Keso
