The instructions for organising a remotely proctored exam were released in spring 2020 when the covid19 pandemic was at its peak. The instructions were actively updated during the academic year 2020-2021 so as to accommodate particular features of remote proctoring and assessment of learning with sufficient detail.

Aalto ENG: Teachers' Virtual Coffee event called for visual, easy-to-adopt support material to assist in the adoption of the service platform reform
The virtual coffee event at the School of Engineering mapped teachers' thoughts, expectations and support wishes related to the upcoming system reform implemented during the summer. The event was held on April 27, 2021.
