With the new end-of-course survey template launched, the old course feedback surveys are now hidden in MyCourses. You are still able to access them by choosing the old form. Please note, that the feedback data is also normally available in Power BI service.
New End-of-Course Survey Template Launches on August 8, 2025
On Friday, August 8, 2025, a new end-of-course survey template will be in use for all end-of-course surveys. This change will happen automatically in the course feedback tool and does not require any actions from teachers. The new survey template will include a new set of course feedback questions. The previous survey template will be closed permanently.

Automated transfer of travel agency receipts to the Neo system using robotics

New Coaching-style leadership training starting in February
Coaching style leadership training for Aalto’s service and academic team leaders and their team members starting on Feb 27th 2025.
Opening hours of the HR Service Point will change from 1.2.2025
Last year, Aalto University introduced electronically signed employment contracts. The introduction of electronic signature has significantly reduced the number of customers at the HR service point, which is why opening hours will be changed accordingly. From 1.2.2025, the service point will be open two days a week: Tue-Wed from 12 - 15.
