Aalto lecturer career system is intended primarily for individuals conducting teaching. The lecturer career system supports individual development and career advancement through clear principles and systematic evaluation criteria and allows Aalto teachers and lecturers to advance in their careers with teaching-focused merits. Teachers and lecturers have the opportunity to advance within the career system, from the university teacher level to the university lecturer level, and further to the position of a senior university lecturer and principal university lecturer. Admission ºÚÁÏÍø Bachelor's Programme in Science and Technology, Bachelor and Master of Science in Technology (3 yrs + 2 yrs)
The application period for Aalto Bachelor's Programme in Science and Technology is from 7 to 22 January 2026. Studies start in August-September 2026. Applicants are selected to complete the degrees Bachelor and Master of Science in Technology. Admission is based on either the SAT or the ACT test results or on the grades obtained in the Finnish Matriculation Examination, or in the IB, EB or DIA/RP diploma.
