Aalto continues at place #2 among Nordic Business Schools

The Financial Times ranking compares European Business Schools.

The Aalto University School of Business placed 32nd in the ‘Financial Times European Business Schools Ranking 2017’ (31st in 2016). The ranking position is a round-up of the earlier global comparison rankings which includes e.g. masters programmes. This year, the School of Business was ranked 45th (51st in 2016.). In addition, Aalto Executive MBA program placed well in The Financial Times' annual ranking in October being ranked 35th in Europe.

The annually published ranking includes the career and salary development of the graduates and the overall international dimension of the teaching. The alumni play an important part in the ranking as the questionnaire is sent to them three years after graduation.

’I am pleased that our investments in education, and how we equip our students for the working life, reflect positively on rankings’, says Dean Ingmar Björkman for the School of Business.

The European Business Schools Ranking 2017 by The Financial Times was published on 4 December 2017. The ranking lists the top 95 business schools in Europe. Of the Nordic business schools, only Stockholm School of Economics ranked ahead of Aalto University School of Business as 27th.
