Aalto University Properties Ltd divests Chydenia property
Aalto University Properties Ltd has divested Chydenia property at Runeberginkatu 22–24 to Kiinteistö Oy Helsingin Runeberginkatu 22–24 founded by Erikoissijoitusrahasto eQ Hoivakiinteistöt on 31 August, 2017. The building comprises approximately 8 100 sq. m.
Aalto University has also signed a fixed-term lease agreement on the Chydenia premises until July 2019. The Business School faculty and students that are still in the Töölö campus will locate to the new Business School building in the core of the Otaniemi campus, in summer 2019. The Bachelor education of the School of Business moved to Otaniemi in the autumn 2015.
