Aalto University's harassment contact persons for staff

Aalto University has now two harassment contact persons for staff and the persons are Mikael Henny and Anne Petroff.

Aalto University’s harassment contact person is an impartial actor who

  • listens, supports and discusses with the person who contacted about how the situation could be handled and processed according to Aalto’s guidelines.
  • works under obligation of secrecy
  • collects statistics at the university level and reports on the situation
  • is responsible for arranging  necessary trainings

The harassment contact persons do not take further action without the consent of the person concerned. You can contact the harassment contact persons even if you were not the target of harassment yourself but instead witnessed harassment or wish to discuss possible ways of taking action against harassment.
