Apply to a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) "Green Deal Collider" at TalTech

Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) is pleased to introduce the course “Green Deal Collider: Sustainable Futures”, which will be held as a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) in late January and February 2026. The course offers truly multicultural experience – for example, last time’s participants came from 14 different European universities across 10 countries.

During this course, students will address societal challenges, offering solutions which are: technologically feasible, environmentally and financially sustainable, societally acceptable, legally doable, and potentially driven by an ethical application of AI. In the process they develop both knowledge and hands-on skills in:

  • Green Deal principles and sustainability practices
  • Team dynamics, design thinking, and entrepreneurial start-up skills
  • ƒƒInnovation in product and service developmentƒƒ
  • Interpersonal effectiveness and transferable professional skills in the AI era

This BIP is primarily designed for graduate-level students (master/doctoral) studying in the fields of technology, IT, engineering, natural sciences or business/entrepreneurship who:

  • have a strong willingness and motivation to create something new, along with active engagement in team-based learning;
  • have the desire to acquire knowledge and skills related to sustainability, technology-driven solutions, entrepreneurship, lead development, and innovation implementation;
  • can take part both in online (19–20 Jan; 28 Jan–12 Feb) and physical, on-site part (22–27 Jan, TalTech) of the course.

A minimum English proficiency level of B2 is required.

Aalto can select two students to take part in the course. Students will earn 3 ECTS credits upon completion. Aalto selects and nominates only students that are eligible for Erasmus+ short-term mobilities. If, for example, the credits do not fit into your degree, you are not eligible to apply. Please check that you meet the requirements for a short-term blended mobility grant. If more applicants than places, students are selected according 's selection criteria for exchanges.
