Appreciative encounter - join interactive group coaching
A totally new kind of training open for all Aaltonians starts 7 October – as a participant you will get concrete tools for appreciative interaction both in your work and studies
Open for all Aaltonians - staff and students - an interactive training "Appreciative encounter - face both others and yourself with appreciation" starts on October 7. The training is in English.
As a participant you get
- tools for giving and receiving encouraging and constructive feedback
- capabilities to also face challenging situations and emotions constructively
- skills in promoting and facilitating a appreciative culture of interaction and psychosocial safety both in workplace and in studies
In this new type of work-based group coaching process, you will be given a new concrete task every week on a virtual platform, which you will try out in different contexts of your daily work or study life - when it suits you. Every week on October 7. - 29.11. we will gather at the same time to reflect and encourage each other in Monday morning zoom meetings!
