Finland-based Circular Ecosystem of Battery metals is a ca. 22 M€ consortium of 22 companies, 2 cities, 4 Universities
and 2 research organizations, led by Aalto University. The consortium aims at improving the competitiveness
of Finland in the business related to battery metals life cycle. Business Finland promotes the development
of competitiveness of Finnish companies on this emerging field and has granted BATCircle consortium ca. 10 M€ funding. Read more from the May issue of Materia (2/2019).
