65 companies attended the ARENA Career Fair 12 November at the Aalto School of Business. Over 3000 students used the opportunity to meet the company representatives.

Organised for the 23rd time, ARENA Career Fair pointed out the demand for talented students and business competence despite of the challenging economic situation in Finland.

The number of the companies was higher than last year, said Annemari Kivelä from the ARENA Team. Many companies also signed up for the event for the first time. 'It was also lovely to see our School’s alumni at the event. They were telling about the career opportunities at their companies and also sharing their own career paths.'

The Aalto University School of Business students are the most important target group in recruitment for many of the participating companies.

'We want to get visibility and contacts to best talents of the future at ARENA Career Fair. We tell about our trainee programme and try to find candidates from the fair. 70 percent of our trainee programme students continue to work at our company', tells Ville Räsänen from EY, a former School of Business student.
