Chat channel available on Aalto IT Help site

New chat channel pilot will start on Aalto IT Help instruction site on 13 June 2018.

Chat will be available for end users at 9-12 am, from Mondays to Fridays. The aim of this pilot is to find new ways to help our end users to find solutions for their IT problems. Compared to traditional e-mails or phone calls, chat is more flexible and interactive. With the help of the feedback we will receive from the POC, we will be able to develop service and find out, would chat be a permanent channel for Aalto IT Service Desk in the future.
