Communications Services is using a new service request system

Aalto University Communications services has switched to the new customer service system on Thursday 19 January 2017.

From 19 Jan onwards, all new messages will be directed to the new system. Along with this change, we will start using a single service address: communications@aalto.fi.

For each request you send to our Communications, you will receive a confirmation to your email. The same way an email will be sent when your request has been resolved.

Addresses that will be terminated during spring:

viestinta-elec@aalto.fi
viestinta-chem@aalto.fi
viestinta-biz@aalto.fi
viestinta-arts@aalto.fi
viestinta-sci@aalto.fi
communications-eng@aalto.fi
verkkotoimitus@aalto.fi
visu@aalto.fi
magazine@aalto.fi

will be forwarded to the address communications@aalto.fi. We will inform more closely when the addresses are terminated.
