Delays in travel services - week 12

Due to several medical absences there will be delays in Aalto Travel Services’ response time starting from 19.3.2018 on week 12.

Because of this, we have to prioritize the incoming service requests so that our main focus is on:

-          travel bookings for guests and staff

-          assignment travel bookings (> 1 month in duration)

We will handle all other requests on a first come, first served basis.

Additional Travel Garages will be arranged to assist travelers with our digital tools (HRG travel booking tool, M2, M2 Mobile)

Our team will help with travel bookings and travel claims at the following locations and times:

20.3.2018 at 12 – 14

T-talo B121

21.3.2018 at 12 – 14

Otakaari 1, Maininki (M102)

We are working on providing faster services from next week on.

Apologies to all our customers for any inconvenience caused!
