Starting from week 50, the outdoor construction sites near Dipoli and Undergraduate Centre are paused for the winter. Work will continue in the spring as soon as weather conditions permit it. Both sites are set to be completed by summer 2022. Changes to the pedestrian ways and cycle routes are in place during the winter pause.

One of focus points of campus development currently is improving the outdoor areas. In addition to pedestrian ways, the aim is to also improve, for example, the versatility, accessability, comfort, lighting on campus, and sustainable design solutions. Once the projects are completed, the campus outdoor areas will also better support experimental student activities, environmental art and holding events.
