After work gatherings resume on Thursday, 25 January, 15.30 at Bistro Tenhola in Dipoli. All Aalto people are welcome!
Dipoli Gallery news: Forms from Steam exhibition opens 1 February
The next exhibition at Dipoli focuses on the sauna when 鈥溾, which was on exhibit at the National Museum, arrives in Dipoli. The exhibition is on display 1 - 23 February.
Changes to Dipoli's meeting facilities
The Aino & Elissa meeting room will have its sound insulation improved by replacing the wall to the adjacent team space with a solid wall. The work on the dividing wall begins in week 8, lasting 1-2 weeks. During the work, Aino & Elissa will not be used. ACRE regrets any inconvenience caused by the work.
Meetings can now by organized in the Klondyke hall in the main foyer. Klondyke (0.060) has an LCD display and temporary furnishings for meetings of up to 14 people. Various events are also arranged in the facility. Klondyke will be handed over for use by the students from the beginning of August.
Buffet lunch at Metso in February
A new lunch buffet will open the Dipoli鈥檚 谩 la carte restaurant Metso in February. The new furnishings for the buffet line will be delivered in week 6 and the buffet will be open to diners in week 7. Metso will continue to have 谩 la carte lunches as well.
New cleaning contractor is Palmia
Aalto University has a new cleaning services partner. The new supplier is Palmia Oy. Palmia is asking for feedback from Dipoli staff on the quality of cleaning work. The feedback channel for cleaning has also been updated, and it will be possible to offer feedback through Inside to this address:
Maintenance requests for the premises to be sent directly to L&T
Requests for minor maintenance and repair work are dealt with as before using a sent directly to L&T. In larger, less clear issues related to the building you can also contact Aalto CRE Property Manager Marko H盲m盲l盲inen, marko.t.hamalainen@aalto.fi.

The Finnish Red Cross is organising a blood donation event at Dipoli on Thursday, 8 February from 11.00 to 16.00. The event is open to all suitable blood donors.
