Doctoral student – welcome to co-create the Sustainability Hub event in May

Mayday Mayday, 18 May 2018 in Dipoli, is the Inaugural Event of Aalto Sustainability Hub.

Aalto Sustainability Hub aims to advance sustainable development through interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research, teaching and impact. Mayday Mayday Event brings to together science, technology, arts, business and many other voices.

Doctoral students are welcome to co-create and participate in Mayday Mayday with a presentation. You are invited to apply by sending a one-page motivation letter, giving an overview of your research and its link to sustainable development. Further, please clarify your motivation to participate the event, and your expectations and needs for support from practical actors. How Mayday Mayday could support you in building your expertise in your thesis, and how could you engage with practitioners?

Please submit your motivation letter no later than on 19 February to sustainabilityday2018@aalto.fi. Title your email as “Mayday doctoral presentation”. The motivation letters will be reviewed by the Sustainability Hub, and those selected will be informed by 16 March.
