Firefox 52 ESR update for Windows workstations

Firefox web browser will be updated to version 52 ESR on all centrally managed Windows workstations.

It will also be configured to use the internal PDF reader to ensure functionality of some important services.

ESR (鈥淓xtended Support Release鈥) update cycle keeps the main functionality of the browser the same for a long period of time, only getting security updates. This is needed because of several browser dependent services in use which are not always updated fast enough for the standard browser update cycle.
