Guidebook for internships and other work periods

A new guidebook for internships and other work periods in universities is published

Work placement periods in university studies 鈥 Recommendations on the planning, implementation and reporting of internships and other work placement periods 鈥 For students, universities and employers鈥.

The guide contains guidelines and examples for each phase of an internship period, from planning to reporting. It is applicable for students, universities and employers for internships as well as for any other work periods within studies. The guide also contains summary cards of the tasks and responsibilities for universities, students and employers.

The guidebook is developed as a part of ESF-funded TYYLI-project (Bridging the gap between university studies and working life) in co-operation with Tampere University of Technology, Aalto University, University of Oulu, Lappeenranta University of Technology, University of Lapland and University of Turku.

The guide is published electronically in English and in Finnish .
