Aalto University student investigates the humanizing of workplaces in her thesis work.

The HR professionals association Henry annually awards one student for the best HR thesis work. The 2018 award went ºÚÁÏÍø Information Networks student Anna Nousiainen and her thesis work "Humanizing Workplaces – HR executives´ role in fostering systems intelligence in forerunning companies". The supervisor of Anna's thesis was professor Esa Saarinen. Her thesis advisors were Peter Kenttä and Peter Michelsson.

Anna completed the Aalto Master’s Programme in Information Networks. In line with her passion Anna was appointed the Head of People and Culture at starting from the beginning of January 2019, after being in charge of the company’s communications and marketing for several years.
