Info for customers: Learning Hub Arabia closes Fri 25.5.2018

Please observe that some services will be affected a week before the closure.

Borrowing and reserving of books:

- Making requests from Learning Centre collections in Otaniemi, and
  picking-up reserved books from Learning Hub Arabia:
  Please make your request no later than Wed 16.5.2018.

- In the event that the books you reserved didn’t arrive in time to Learning Hub Arabia
  (before the closure 25.5.2018), the pick-up location for the books will be Harald Herlin
  Learning Centre.
  You will receive a notification by email when the reserved books have arrived for pick-up.

- Inter-library loans from other libraries
 
Pleasesend the interlibrary loan request to arrive no later than Mon 14.5.2018,
  if you wish to pick the book up form Learning Hub Arabia.
 

Book returns

- until Fri 25.5.2018 4pm to Learning Hub Arabia.

- until Mon 28.5.2018 to Learning Centre’s return boxes at Arabia Campus
   Hämeentie 135 C, 5th floor (outside the hub, room 570)
   Hämeentie 135 A, 3rd floor

- Tue 29.5.2018 onwards the books can be returned to Learning Centre’s other service points:
