The Aalto University Data Hub is a university-wide initiative to promote the use of research data from different fields available to researchers and students at Aalto University. A key element towards this goal to foster awareness of available data and to showcase special datasets. The recently launched serves this purpose by providing a central catalogue of research data sources (data sets, databases, vendors, repositories, and other data providers) from a variety of different research fields. More detailed descriptions of the data, instructions and contact information for obtaining access, and more are provided on each data page.

The Data Hub also offers technical support for accessing the data and guidance on working with the data.
