ITS will move to Undergraduate Centre in December

ITS will move back to the centre of Otaniemi campus nearer the users of IT services on Friday, 1 December 2017.

New spaces are located on the third floor of the Undergraduate Centre (Otakaari 1). The space designing and the procurement of furniture are already on the homestretch.

By optimizing space use the university tries to achieve savings on facility costs and increase the space efficiency and the usability of spaces. ITS will implement new ways of working and a part of ITS staff will work as mobile workers.

IT services and service desks on campuses will work normally during the moving day. You can contact employees moving from the Innopoli by phone, Skype or email.
