New course "Mind & Study – toolbox for being well in studies" in Finnish

Aalto study psychologists have developed Aalto’s own student wellbeing online course called Mind & Study – toolbox for being well in studies. The course runs for the first time in Finnish in period 2 autumn 2023 and will be translated to English for the spring term 2024. The course is targeted for Bachelor’s and Master’s students and is based on weekly assignments both individually and in peer groups. The course implementations in English will be published in Sisu later in the autumn and informed via student newsletters. You are warmly welcome to join the online course!
