New IT Support Channel for IT Service Requests

IT Support Channel is a new way to ask advice for your IT issues and also to make a new IT service request.

Additional you can follow how your request is proceeding or cancel your request. You can also find tools for purchasing IT devices (computers, mobile phones and plans). Sharing feedback about new service is possible in support channel with Give feedback –function. To sign in to the IT Support channel, use your Aalto username and password.
