New navigation menu at aalto.fi

We will be launching a new navigation menu at aalto.fi on Thursday 28 April 2022.

The current navigation will be replaced with a hamburger menu, located in the top right hand corner of the site. The new menu allows us to create more accurate content categories and subheadings, as well as increases the number of links to navigate the site.

Log in for Aalto community specific content

The menu will have two separate views: logged-in and logged-out. This allows us to curate navigation more specifically and add links that are more relevant to the Aalto community, without affecting the user experience for external site visitors. The logged-in menu includes links to student portals, tools, and information for academic and service personnel.

Continuous development

We hope that the new menu will make navigating the site easier for all users. You will be able to give feedback using the pop-up questionnaire that will automatically appear when you visit the site. The data and feedback collected will help us to continue to improve and develop the menu.
