Oasis at the Aalto Wellbeing Week
Wellbeing Week is an annual wellbeing event held at Aalto for all members of the Aalto community. This year, Wellbeing Week takes place on 2.-6.10. The Oasis of Radical Wellbeing project participates in the event as an organizer of three workshops and with its own stand at the wellbeing fair.
The Revive by writing workshop explores your own feelings, thoughts and needs through small writing exercises. The Embodiment practice workshop focuses on finding connections between mind and body through movement and pausing. The Room for creativity workshop awakens imagination and creativity through discussion and the use of various objects.
Sign up for the workshops by 30.9.! Registration links and additional information for each workshop can be found in the link boxes at the bottom of this page.
You are also welcome to meet us at the Oasis stand at the Wellbeing Fair on 4.10. in the lobby of the Undergraduate Centre!
