Professor Minna Halme received two awards in the Boston Academy of Management 2023 conference
Professor Minna Halme tells that she feels massively grateful for receiving two awards in one conference: One for the Best Paper of the Social Issues in Management (SIM) Division and a month ago announced award, now granted in a beautiful ceremony. According to her, overwhelmed is the best word to capture her feelings.
‘I’m particularly pleased because the studies acknowledged with these awards concern novel forms of collaboration between businesses, public sector stakeholders and NGOs for sustainable and circular solutions, at a system-level. I want to thank my great co-authors Samuli Patala, Laura Albareda, Jennifer Goodman and Jouni K. Juntunen! Thanks for the hard work to all behind these awards including Colin Higgins leading SIM and Cristina Neesham for coordinating the SIM award, and Carrie Leana and colleagues for leading the RRBM process this year!
The 83rd Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM) returned, in person, to Boston, Massachusetts, USA at the beginning of August, 2023. The Annual Meeting is the world’s premier event for scholarly engagement, and the largest gathering of management and organization scholars in the world.
