School of Business guidance services to be renewed: book appointments in MyStudies; one shared contact address
The organisation of Learning Services at the School of Business will be renewed at the beginning of April. The change responds to a growing student body and ensures that the services we offer remain high‑quality, smooth and equal in the coming semesters.
From a student perspective, the key point is that study guidance appointments will continue to be booked in . In addition, your programme’s planning officer can always be reached by email at programmes-biz@aalto.fi. As part of the renewal, matters concerning either Bachelor’s or Master’s students will generally be handled by different staff members; when you use the shared address, the team will route your message to the right expert.
At the same time, we are clarifying service processes and harmonising contact channels so that you can find help as swiftly as possible. We will monitor the effects closely for continuous improvement. When needed, we will update instructions in the Student Guide and in MyStudies—please follow these channels for the latest information.
The renewal does not affect ongoing studies or graduation schedules, and services will continue without interruption. The change does not concern doctoral students. You can find the contact details for the planning officer of your own programme or major on your programme’s pages in the Student Guide and in the MyStudies Support team.
