SCI Visiting Scientist Programmes

Deadlines will be four times a year: 28 February, 31 May, 31 August and 30 November.

manages two popular professor-level visitor programmes on behalf of the SCI Dean: the Visiting Professor programme for research visits of minimum 6 months, and the Visiting Fellow programme for shorter visits of 1-5 months. In Spring 2016, SCI support was awarded to 11 senior visitors, for stays at Aalto comprising a total of 32.5 months.

Starting from Autumn 2016, the application dates to these two programmes have been synchronised, so that applications to each can be submitted four times a year, with deadlines of 31 August, 30 November, 28 February and 31 May.
