Shared cars have arrived at the Aalto campus - make a reservation using the GoMore app

GoMore is a car sharing platform where you can rent a car or put your own car up for rent. Cars are a significant source of CO2 emissions, and reducing their number in cities could greatly reduce environmental impact. The service provides solutions to urban transportation challenges and promotes more environmentally friendly mobility.

Booking a car with the GoMore app is easy. The user only needs to create a GoMore profile and submit a rental request. The app displays nearby cars and their daily rates, along with comprehensive information about each car. This information includes features like the keyless option, tow hitch, pet-friendliness, and other essential details. The rental period for cars can range from one hour to up to 30 days.

Cars equipped with the keyless feature, like the Skoda Kamiq located on the Aalto campus, can be rented, unlocked, and returned using only the app. Cars without the keyless feature are rented in a more traditional manner, where the owner hands over the keys. The renter must be at least 21 years old and have at least one year of driving experience.

GoMore offers a wide selection of cars for various needs. Options include vans for moving, small city cars, and spacious cars for camping trips. In the capital region alone, there are hundreds of different cars available.

GoMore offers a special benefit for Aalto students by providing the discount code AALTO15, which gives a 15% discount on rentals.
