Slowness in Aalto AI Assistant and AI API services

There is slowness in Aalto AI Assistant responses and Aalto API services due to a fault in Microsoft’s Azure AI services in Sweden. Aalto AI Assistant’s responses may take 30–40 seconds instead of the usual 5–10 seconds.

Aalto’s AI services use the Sweden Central Azure region for reasons including availability and environmental considerations.

We apologise for the inconvenience.
