Submission of bachelor's theses is moved to MyStudies
Master's theses have been submitted through the MyStudies service for over a year, and now bachelor's theses submission will transition from eAge to MyStudies. In MyStudies, students submit the final version of their work for evaluation, approval and archiving. The instructors and course teachers will have access to the thesis and its evaluation through the staff’s application Student Success Hub.
Key changes
- Students submit the final written work only once for evaluation, approval, and archiving.
- The work is evaluated and approved in the system based on this version.
- The thesis can only be submitted in a PDF/A file format. Instructions can be found at /en/services/make-your-thesis-a-pdfa-file.
- The roles for the bachelor's thesis and seminar have been clarified:
- Advisor = guides the work and provides feedback. Evaluates and proposes a grade for the thesis.
- Supervisor = the subject-specific responsible person for the bachelor's thesis, who approves the work.
- Course teacher = Bachelor’s thesis and seminar course teacher who approves the course completion.
Further information and instructions are available from your bachelor's thesis and seminar course, and in the student instructions at /en/teachers-handbook/mystudies-instructions#14-bachelor-s-thesis-management.
