Starting Point of Wellbeing offers guidance on matters related to well-being and study ability. You can meet with study psychologists, study counselors, special educators, Aalto chaplains, and career counselors without an appointment 鈥 check the drop-in guidance times on the website and come for a chat!

Are you having trouble getting started with your studies? Do you struggle to establish routines? Does studying feel like a lonely task? Would you like to study alongside others in a similar situation? Join us for guided studying and pick up tips for more effective work during Pomodoro sessions!

You still have time to register for the last courses of the spring! During the academic year, FSHS arrange preventive and treatment groups both remotely and at our service units. In a group you can get support for your health and life management. More information on the website.
